Welcome to David Harper’s office! Originally from Alaska, I moved to Louisiana for college and have been here ever since. As a retired educator, my life's work has been dedicated to serving my community. I am excited to be entering this new chapter in my life and am excited about meeting new people in the area and helping them with all of their insurance needs.

My office takes great pride in providing our knowledge on all types of insurance. Whether it be Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, or Flood Insurance, my team wants to make sure you have all the proper knowledge at your disposal. As a husband and father, I understand the importance of community and family.
