Welcome to David Harper’s office! Originally from Alaska, I moved to Louisiana for college and have been here ever since. As a retired educator, my life's work has been dedicated to serving my community. I am excited to be entering this new chapter in my life and am excited about meeting new people in the area and helping them with all of their insurance needs.
